Remove CabMind’s access and delete your data

If you connected an Instagram account to CabMind, you can remove our access and have your data deleted at any time.

Option 1 — in Instagram

1. Open Instagram and go to Settings.
2. Open Apps and websites (under “Website permissions” / “Security”, depending on your version).
3. Find CabMind under Active and press Remove.

Instagram then tells CabMind; we stop using the account straight away and delete the access token. If you also ask Instagram to delete your data, we delete everything we hold for that account and Instagram gives you a confirmation code.

Option 2 — email us

Email support@cabmind.co.uk with your Instagram username and ask us to delete your data. We confirm by email when it is done.
